Brief
Introduction, discussing your goals, wishes and budget. Site visit or video call.
Concept
Layout solution, mood board, colour palette. We lock the direction before moving on.
Visualizations
3D renders of the key areas. You see the result before renovation begins.
Working drawings
A complete documentation package: layouts, sections, material and furniture specifications.
Procurement
Selecting and ordering furniture, lighting and textiles. Partner discounts for our clients.
Author supervision
On-site control of the build. We make sure the result matches the project.
Every stage includes unlimited micro-revisions within the brief. A complete concept change is billed separately — we agree on this upfront.
