Concept & zoning
Functional plan, the route the eye travels, wow zones — the direction is fixed and approved.
Visualizations
3D renders of the key zones. You see the result before construction begins.
Working drawings
A complete build-ready documentation package: layouts, sections, specifications.
Procurement
Selection of materials, furniture, lighting and handcrafted pieces. Delivered to site.
Handover
Author supervision on site — we keep the built result true to the project through to completion.
Timeline and budget are fixed after the brief. A fundamental concept change after approval is a separate agreement.
